We would like to get a preliminary headcount, and get everyone a copy of two forms that will need to be completed and returned before you will be allowed to camp.

Your response on the google form below is greatly appreciated:

There will be additional communication regarding planning for a Saturday Dinner potluck (all other meals will be with the den or family), a rough schedule of events, and recommended camping gear / packing list, but I wanted to get the event on everyone’s calendar and get started with the required paperwork. Again, if these forms are not provided, you will not be allowed to camp.

  • Our reservation is from Friday evening to Sunday morning.  Scouts may come and go with their family as needed.
  • Registration Forms will be available soon.

  • Please download this PDF Medical Form and fill out for each member of your family that is expected to attend the campout.  The Pack is required to have a printed copy on site.  Make sure your printed copies have been turned in to Phil.
  • Make sure your Youth Protection Training is up to date.  Online training is good for one year.  CLICK HERE to take the online training.  It only takes 15 minutes.  Print out your certificate and turn in to Phil.
  • Please fill out the Driver Information form.  (We are using the same form from last year.)
  • Also review the camping checklist for gear to bring.

Signups for Camp!

Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 165 in Round Rock, TX.

Cub Scouting is a year-round family program designed for boys and girls who are about 5 to 10 years old. Parents, leaders, and organizations work together to achieve the purposes of Cub Scouting. In Cub Scouting you’ll have lots of fun, adventure, and activities with your den and pack. But there’s more to it than that. Being a Cub Scout means you are a member of a worldwide youth movement that stands for certain values and beliefs. Cub Scouting is more than something to do. It’s all about the boy or girl you are and the person you will become.

Pack 165 is a part of the Chisholm Trail District in the Capital Area Council, chartered by Round Rock Presbyterian Church.  We hold our Pack meetings at Old Town Elementary School.
