PLEASE READ – required BSA informational documents
Pack 165 (Rocks!):
The information below was sent out by Eric Rabago a couple of weeks back concerning various required information that must be provided in order for the Pack to be in compliance with BSA rules.
Youth Protection Training
All parents must complete the BSA Online Youth Protection Training ("YPT"). Please complete the training, print out your certificate (it is good for 2 years) and turn it in no later than our October 12th Pack meeting.
BSA Medical Form A&B
BSA Medical Forms are required of all (scout, adult, sibling) who attend overnight Pack activity. Please submit the completed forms no later than our October 12th Pack meeting.
Driver Information Form
We need all adults who will be driving to scouting activities during 2015-16 to complete the Driver Information Form. The Form must be completed by the October 12th Pack Meeting, and the information is also good for all year.
You may email to me PDF copies of the above completed documents. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact me or any of our adult leaders. Thanks.
YIS,
